Complaints and Appeals Policy
At PrettyFans, we are committed to addressing and resolving complaints and appeals promptly, efficiently, and in good faith. Our goal is to ensure a safe and respectful platform for all users.
Complaints
Users can report content or other concerns directly on the site through the reporting tools provided. Alternatively, you may send an email to support@PrettyFans.co with the following details:
Your name, email address, or username.
Applicable URLs (if any) of the reported content.
A clear description of the issue, such as:
Underage material
Non-consensual content
Personal information or impersonation
Trademark infringement
Spam, prostitution, trafficking, weapons, or drugs
Additional details, such as:
Whether you are depicted in the content.
Whether you consented to the recording of the content.
Whether you consented to the publication of the content on PrettyFans.
Resolution Timeline:
We aim to review and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receiving a report. If a violation is identified, we will take appropriate remedial actions, including but not limited to content removal or account suspension. Where legally required or where there is an immediate safety risk, illegal content will be removed as quickly as possible.
Important Notes:
We do not take action against users for activity occurring offline or on other platforms.
If the reported issue involves another user, we recommend blocking the user to prevent further interactions.
Appeals
If your content is removed due to a reported violation, you may submit an appeal to support@PrettyFans.co. Include a written description of the basis for your appeal and any supporting evidence.
Neutral Arbitration:
For disputes over consent that cannot be resolved internally, the matter will be referred to a neutral arbitration association at our expense.
Communication:
Once action is taken or additional information is required, we will notify you via email or another electronic message.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to take advanced actions against users who:
Repeatedly violate our rules.
Commit a single egregious violation of our rules.
Advanced Actions May Include:
Deleting the offending user’s account.
Permanently banning the user from the platform.
